VIDEO: Stones being thrown in Harare CBD

Youths and police had running battles in Harares central business district on Thursday.

We are receiving conflicting reports as to the cause of the fracas but prominent social media personality Thomas Chizhanje captured thrones being thrown at on the corner of Julius Nyerere Street and Jason Moyo Avenue.

By later in the evening police were firing teargas in Harare.
