VIDEO: SA Home Affairs Minister Announcing Zim Special Dispensation Permit

On Tuesday, South Africa’s home affairs minister Malusi Gigaba announced a new Zimbabwe Special Dispensation Permit.

The new permit replaces the old permit for a limited period only and then is replace the 2010 permit which expires at the end of this year and is valid until 2017.
