US-Based Zim Man Murdered, Dumped In Desert

The body of a 23 year-old man who we believe is Zimbabwean has been found in a desert near Sandy Valley in the United States.

The deceased has been identified as Delroy Tatenda Ashton.

Las Vegas police believe he was killed elsewhere and dumped in the desert where he was shortly before noon on Thursday. No arrests have been made. No motive is known for the murder.

While our details are still sketchy a source told us that she went to school with him. Ashton had been born in Zimbabwe and only moved to the United States after high school to be with his mother.
