Supreme Court sets aside judgement banning Bulawayo CCC candidates

A High Court judgement which saw opposition CCC MP candidates banned from running in the upcoming Harmonised Elections has been set aside.

This is after an appeal was made to the Supreme Court.

The previous ruling would have seen some Zanu-Pf candidates running uncontested.

Now the candidates in Bulawayo will get to have a go and their names will be on the ballot paper.
