Reports say that visitors from high risk countries – the US and some major EU Countries- will remain banned.

What is interesting though, is that Brazil and Argentina, both high risk will be permitted.

Visitors will be expected to produce a Covid-19 negative certificate from within 72 hours of travel. They will have access without needing to quarantine first.
