South Africa’s Gauteng High Court has ordered that former President Jacob Zuma returned to jail.
The court says the decision by former Commissioner of the National Correctional Services Arthur Fraser to grant him medical parole was unlawful.
“It is declared that the time was out of jail on medical parole should not be counted for the fulfilment of sentence of 15 months imposed by the Constitutional Court,” the decision said.
