And in something that should surprise now, Robert Mugabe Jr has been set free without charge.
He had been arrested on the weekend on Malicious Damage to Property allegations after a friend complained about Mugabe Jr messing up his stuff worth USD12,000.
This was at a party in Strathaven.
He was freed after consultation with the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA).
Ashiel Mugiya and Tungamirai Muganhiri represented him and said the misunderstanding was never meant to be reported to the cops.
The parties concerned will now be give an opportunity to come to a settlement.
Though, nothing has been said about whether Mugabe Jr spat and hit a police officer.
Mugabe Jr is the son of the late former President Robert Gabriel Mugabe.
