The Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority says there will be no power cuts this winter.
Zesa says it has acquired sufficient supplies from various sources and said that there would be no loadshedding in the season when usage is at its highest.
In an interview with NewsDay Zesa stakeholder relations manager Fullard Gwasira said that sufficient power had been secured from Mozambique and Eskom to supplement local production.
Zimbabwe has in the last couple of months had a stable supply of electricity after a desperate couple of months in 2015.
