New Directive To Require Men To Prove She Said ‘Yes’

A new UK directive will require rape suspects to provide proof of a woman’s consent.

Essentially they will have to convince authorities of  consent “with full capacity and freedom to do so”.

Campaigners have hailed this as a huge step forward saying that consent is clear under the law. Victims will no longer be blamed for being too drunk or just freezing when under attack.

The key question where consent is at the head of a matter will be:

How did the suspect know the complainant was saying yes and doing so freely and knowingly?

While this is obviously helpful for victims the danger is that you may have situations where some men could be sent to jail by women because they simply could not satisfy the authorities of consent. Imagine a situation where someone simply wants to fix a person.

Don’t get us wrong. There are men out there who look to take advantage of people and they should be thrown into some dark corner where we forget them for a  bit while a shrink examines them.

Just be careful.

Maybe record her saying yes?
