Zimbabwe president Emmerson Mnangagwa has declared two days of mourning for victims of Cyclone Idai which ravaged the eastern Highlands this past weekend.
Mnangagwa says the two days set aside are Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 March 2019.
139 people, mostly from Chimanimani were killed in the deluge which also claimed lives in Malawi and Mozambique.
