Harare businessman Wicknell Chivayo has appeared before the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee for Mines & Energy headed by Norton legislator Temba Mliswa.

The reason he was called in was the issues surrounding his being awarded a tender involving a company he is associated with and the Zimbabwe Power Company.
