Malema Placed Under Provisional Sequestration

Economic Freedom Front leader Julius Malema has been placed under provisional sequestration.

Sequestration is according to Wikipedia the act of removing, separating, or seizing anything from the possession of its owner under process of law for the benefit of creditors or the state.

He has until May to challenge why this provisional order should not be a final court order.
