Zimbabwe’s Permament Secretary in the Ministry of Information Publicity and Broadcasting Services Nick Mangwana has tweeted the confirmed quarantine places for people coming into the country, particularly in the capital, Harare.
This move comes as the government made quarantine in facilities mandatory for all visitors and returning residents. There is exemption made for locals who have been out of the country for less than 14 days. They may self-quarantine at home subject to approval on a case by case basis.
Testing is also done on arrival, on the fifth and 11th days. If all negative, one is released. If positive, one gest put into a clinical facility.

The moves, the government says, are intended to mitigate against the latest Covid-19 variant Omicron. It has been said to be more transmissible but early indications say it is not as dangerous than the Delta variant.
The places listed have not themselves said anything about whether they are government approved centres or not.
