Level 4 lockdown extended by two weeks

Zimbabwe has extended the current level 4 lockdown by two weeks, the country’s Acting President who also serves as the Minister of Health and Child Care Constantino Chiwenga has said.

While saying the lockdown has seen the number of new infections going down and recovery rates increasing.

He said, “We need to stay teh course by upping our vigilance. The war is not yet one.”

Chiwenga has said that the extension of the level four lockdown has been extended by President Emmerson Mnangagwa ot 15 February 2021.
