Embattled Zimbabwe Vice President Kemo Mohadi has resigned.
This was confirmed by the Ministry of information, publicity and broadcasting services.
In resigning, Mohadi maintains his innocence saying he is a ‘victim of information distortion, voice cloning and sponsored spooking and political sabotage’.
This is around the allegations of behaviour with women, of which voice calls were leaked and published.
Mohadi is the first Vice President to resign from his position.
