Gumbura Judgement Postponed Again

The judgement in the trial in which religious leader Robert Martin Gumbura is accused of rape and porn possession has been postponed again.

It will now take place on 24  January.

Magistrate Hosea Mujaya had moved the judgement to today  after an inspection in loco of Gumbura’s premises where the crimes are said to have occured.

Seven women accuse Gumbura of rape in what is a complex case.
