Star FM DJ Munyaradzi Milimo has been granted bail.
He appeared before the High Court on Thursday and was granted $300 bail.
Milimo known as DJ Munya has been charged with the murder of O’Neal Magorimbo, a man said to have been having an affair with his wife. Taurai Janhi and Mohammad Matare are co-accused.
His lawyer says the prosecutors have so far failed to provide evidence of a nexus between the three accused in the crime.
He has been told to stay away from witnesses and not to interfere with investigations. He has been instructed to stay at his given place of residence and to report to police once a week.
