Star FM DJ Munyaradzi Milimo’s bail hearing has been deferred to Wednesday.
Justice Joseph Musakwa deferred the hearing to allow the state to file its response.
DJ Munya along with Taurai Janhi and Mohammed Matare is charged with the murder of O’neal Magorimbo wo he accused of having an affair with his wife.
Mr Lucky Mawuwa, DJ Munya’s lawyer says the bail application was made last week Friday.
The state alleges tat DJ Munya hire Matare and Janhi to retrieve $5,000 from Magorimbo. The money was meant to be compensation for having an affair with his wife. Magorimbo was allegedly kidnapped for a few days and was returned after being poisoned. He died in hospital.
