AUDIO: Zimbabwe announces arts, sports Covid-19 relief fund and how you can apply

Zimbabwe’s Acting Minister of Youth Sport Art and Recreation Prof Paul Mavima has announced a Covid-19 relief fund for the sector.

He made the announcement at a press conference in Harare on Friday.

The fund will see sportspersons get between ZWL2,000 and ZWL8,000 one-off payments.

Individual artists will be eligible for a one-off payment of ZWL5,000.

For information on how you can access the fund listen below. Deadline for application is 30 July 2020 and one has to prove that they were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
