10 January 2021: 978 new Covid-19 cases, 24 deaths

Zimbabwe breached the 500 mark for people dying with Covid-19 according to the latest government data.

This is after 24 people were confirmed to have died on Sunday.

934 new cases were reported, all local cases.

143 recoveries were reported meaning there are 8388 active cases.

As at 10 January 2021, Zimbabwe had 21 477 confirmed cases, including 12 582 recoveries and 507 deaths.

Zimbabwe is currently under a 30-day lockdowb with stay at home order and curfew.
