Multiple deaths are being reported from a Tombs Motorways bus collided with a haulage truck on Zvishavane shurugwi road.
60 people were on board and it is feared four are dead in the crash near Runde River.
The bus was on its way from South Africa and the haulage truck carrying metal rods swiped the bus which was on its way to Gweru.
Initial reports had only 3 people dead according to state broadcaster ZBC but tweets from them have revised that figure to scores. So at this point we are not sure how many are dead but from crash photos it looks bad.
Indications are that they are not as many as initially feared.
Police had not commented on the accident at the time of this article.
