A YouTube video has appeared on the site of a haulage truck overtaking another truck on a blind rise in spite of there being a solid white line on his side.
The number plate according to the people taking the video is ACQ 9550 and the truck belongs to Roddrick(sp) Hire.
Quite a few accidents have happened as a result of illegal overtaking.
