End Time Disciples Ministries leader Penuel Mnguni says he can cure cancer and HIV.

Only if his congregants eat dog meat…

A video from the church’s website shows the pastor feeding congregants blood and dog meat in order to get cures.

Check this. The Facebook page even has 

Mnguni appeared before the CRL Rights Commission last year, which was probing complaints laid against him in 2015 for feeding congregants snakes, synthetic hair, rats and ants.
