Zimbabwe says no mandatory Covid-19 testing before reopening business

Zimbabwe has said it will no longer require companies to test employees before resuming business under level 2 of the lockdown.

Instead, companies must check temperature upon entry, provide sanitisers at said point, make sure employees engage in social distancing and regularly wash hands.

Zimbabwe has had 34 cases of Covid-19 with 25 active. Five have recovered and four have died.

The latest extension of the lockdown rush until 17 May.
