The 26 year-old Thai man who went on the run without being tested for Covid-19 aka coronavirus has reappeared
He presented himself to Wilkins Hospital where he is detained for testing. Preliminary testing shows he does not have the disease and his temperature is normal.
A manhunt was in for the national on Monday night. He traveled from Thailand 20 days ago.
It is not clear why he had bolted.
