Lockdown restrictions being reviewed after spike in Covid-19 cases – Mnangagwa

Zimbabwe president Emmerson Mnangagwa has announced that the current lockdown restrictions are being reviewed following a spike in Covid-19 cases.

He was addressing his Zanu-pf party’s politburo meeting in Harare on Friday.

The news comes as numerous countries in the region and the rest of the world are continuously relaxing their lockdown conditions with some even allowing international flights. Kenya and Rwanda recently announced such a move.

And with the doctors and nurses impasse, what would be the point?
