DOWNLOAD: Statutory Instrument for Zim level 2 lockdown with possible jail term for not wearing a mask

So President Emmerson Mnangagwa dropped the not-before-known Level 2 lockdown.

As always that comes with a statutory Instrument 99 of 2020. Yes we have had 99 this year already.

And there are penalties, as always.
