And So Uebert Angel Is Zanu-Pf…

One of the big stories to make its way out of the super-huge President Robert Mugabe bash is that charismatic religious leader Uebert Angel Mudzanire has declared that he is aligned to Zanu-Pf.

After all, he and UFIC leader Makandiwa did sign that petition against sanctions. What did you think they were doing it for? For kicks? Come on now.

Anyway Mudzanire says he has always been in Zanu-pf in spite of the fact that one of his sisters tried to have a go at being an MDC-T candidate in the last elections.

But what is the hullabaloo all about really? He fancies an ideology and he is running with it. Mudzanire is a businessman with interests to protect and any businessman worth his salt will go with the team that best protects said interests.

Sure religious purists will say people who run with the whole God thing shouldn’t get involved in politics and the sort. Of course they celebrate people like David Livingstone and the sort who served queen and country using the Bible to make sure the natives they got through to were subservient.
