Mike Tashaya is a well known digital marketer and social commentator based in Manchester in the UK. He is an astute and well experienced marketer with great influence and authority on social media.
Mike has helped launch and been involved in managing multiple projects which portray a positive image of Zimbabweans and Africans globally, notably Zimfest, Africa Music Awards, Face Of Zimbabwe and the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair to name a few.

Where is Zimbabwean social media going?
We are at the biginning of a great digital journey were eventually we will be in total control of the content we create, develop and distribute. We are starting to write our own stories and critically getting a voice that is being heard by all. Some exciting and positives times ahead and I’m glad to be part of the journey.
Where is your career going?
Still and will always be a marketer at my core and I’m gravitating a lot more to helping strengthen the Zim digital marketing infrastructure. There is so much online marketing talent coming up and i look forward to helping a lot of them reach their own career goals.
