3 ways to boost your mood at work

The average person spends 90,000 hours of their life at work *sigh*. Please don’t cry LOL.

The truth of the matter is no matter how much you love your job, some days are a nightmare-circle of life, Shamwari. However, no matter what’s happening in your life, you can be happy at work.

Here are a few things you can be happy: 

1. Take a mini-walkathon at lunch

Taking a stroll can help increase your creativity and your muscles will love you later. An Iowa State study showed that just the physical act of walking has a significant positive impact on mood, even if you don’t expect it to. 

2. Watch a funny clip

Not only does laughing reduce wrinkles but it can energize you.

3. Chat with a co-worker

I didn’t say gossip Shamie… I said chat 

If you still unhappy by Day 300 you probably need to  start looking for a new job
