Dlamini who played Stan Nyathi in Scandal! will take on the role of a new character Scott Nomvete who will appear on screens in late July. Scott is Nicholas Nomvete’s uncle. Nicholas is played by Thato Molamu.

Dlamini says he is excited about the multi-faceted character.

This character is a cross between Kenny Kunene, Tokyo Sexwale and Prince Charles.

I’m looking forward to the challenge. I like a good challenge. Don’t give me something I can do easily.

Dlamini will also appear in the upcoming Shona and Connie Ferguson-produced drama series “Rockville”, which will start in two weeks on Mzansi Magic
