We were saddened by the sudden and extremely tragic loss of ZBC Music Request presenter Tendai Chitsinde.
She passed away on New Year’s Eve while giving birth at Parirenyatwa Hospital. The child also died.
She was 24.
Chitsinde joined the public broadcaster in 2012.
From our encounters with her, she was an affable young lady who always had a smile on her face and wished the best for everyone. Affectionately know as Dimplez she was described by many as a sweet girl.
She will be buried in Mvurwi on Saturday afternoon.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
