Superstar Jah Prayzah dropped his new single, Ronika with a video at a Trace Africa Nights event hosted by Club Sankayi in Harare on Thursday.
The event had heavy subscription with an expectant crowd for the $15 ticket,
The song itself extends Jah Prayzah’s foray into the urban pop sound, maintaining his Shona chants infused with the verve of the new.
And it is that formula, which at times he has prevaricated over that he cracks well.
The video itself is the texture and feel we have gotten from Jah Prayzah, expressive dances, quick cutaways and transitions.
