While the world obsessed about the massive Marvel Universe, DStv Pop-Up channel Toonami will take you deep into DC.
Offering non-stop, uninterrupted, 24-hour programming, jam-packed with top-rated series, such as DC Comics’ Batman, Superman, The Green Lantern, Young Justice and The Justice League as well as popular animated series Teen Titans, among others.
The channel is on 300 and is a partnership between Multichoice Africa and DStv.
It is the DC Universe you will like. Animated Series like Superman, Justice League and Batman will provide wall to wall entertainment.
Liz Dziva, publicity and public relations manager of MultiChoice Zimbabwe, said Toonami channel had launched on March 27 for a six-week run and was focused on animated and action films and programmes.
“The channel is a collaboration between MultiChoice Africa and WarnerMedia, targeting young and young-at-heart audiences, primarily children between the ages of eight and 12, and offers 24/7 programming,” she said.
It is the DC Dark material we would have liked to see as well but the story arcs offered are more expensive than the movies.
Mind you, animated movies are available every day at 8pm.
