POEM
Title: Tis old leaves, tis old air

I look out through the misty window pane
To a world full of light and sparks.
Too bad non are flying my way.
As the bells ring, the sound is forever distant.
Tis new leaf, tis old air.
As i look through the frosty window pane,
With my bare cheeks on the cold floor;
I realise how lonely the wispers of the air relate to me.
Forever mindful of others joy
Yet non concerned in return.
Tis new leaf, tis old air.
I comfort myself with the vibrations of a thundering floor which stampedes towards me with fervor and verve.
Those are the footsteps of my pending troubles which a virgin year sets to bestow.
Tis my districting from loneliness and ridicule
And thou’st shall be my companion till old leaves fall
And new leaves sprawn in this same old air.
Till such times arrive,
Tis just me and my problems.
