POEM
Title: Writers Block

I won’t be home
The specter imprisons my wits
With fetters which clog
A serene inflow of ideas
It haunts my special voice
Which harassed gluttonous bellies
They exploded with shame
And it marred their fame

I won’t be home tonight
To curse your raging sadness
With beautiful voices
Singing on papyrus
For a thick rug
Sits on my throat
