#Shoko14 To Give Out Hub Pioneer Awards

Shoko Festival 2014 will hand out two hub pioneer awards, 3-mob.com can reveal.

A communique we have received says the awards are for:

• Award for the leading community platform using new media to advocate for citizen participation and public accountability
• Award for the leading blog advocating for free expression and social justice

Shoko Festival recognises the need to shed light on those doing outstanding work in new media in the country as a force for positive social action and dialogue

The awards are in association with the Wallace Global Fund and Zimbabwe Alliance.

Shoko Festival runs from 25 to 28 September 2014.
