SA hip hop DJ Dimplez has died

South African hip hop has been thrown into mourning again after DJ Dimplez’s death.

Not much is known about the cause of his death but the family is to issue a statement soon.

Real name, Tumi Mooi, his death comes just over a week following the death of another SA hip hop star Riky Rick.

DJ Dimplez is famous for tracks like Way Up featuring Cassper Nyovest and JR. He released the album Kubu, in 2019.

He was 28.
