Two people suffering from this rather typical psychological trauma are Steve YP and Lloyd Soul in their newest song Ndokuudza Sei.
The single is a soft-tempo jam, a dazzling display of rapping and singing. Lloyd is strictly sensual and in control as he hopelessly croons out of his desperate feelings. His mushy voice made it simple for Steve to express the depth of his love for this girl, regardless of her craving for more than just words.
Steve comes across as cutting, sincere and even funny.
Lloyd, too, has his fair share of naivety. For example, he asks what is wrong with him when he knows damn sure that the girl is very materialistic.
This is an enjoyable song and it shows a considerable improvement in the duet’s vocal performances since their previous one.
