Pd TheGhost just dropped some new heat with surprises.
He has longtime co-conspirators in Jnr Brown and Simba Tagz on a joint called Layup.
Jnr Brown brings his scuffed-refined rap flow to it, while Simba Tagz lends his usual AfroBeatz styled bass-baritone style with just the right amount of autotune.
It is a song about loving someone and wanting to spend time with her. The old school kind of love, on a modern mid-tempo beat with upgraded flow and raps. And we mean both ways.
Our favourite line is, I like everything about you.
Simple, but underrrated.
The only thing is. While it is a great listen, it is a safe production. It does not leave the boundaries of his production.
But then again, music should really just be a great listen. Only boffins care about the other colour.
