MTV Base have dropped an exclusive listen to Zimbabwe-linked American RnB rising star Tinashe’s as yet unreleased debut album Aquarius on its site.
She dropped Bet featuring Devonte Hynes yesterday. That is a follow-up to the monster hit 2 On featuring Schoollyboy Q and Pretend featuring A$AP Rocky.
The album drops under RCA records.
Tinashe links to Zimbabwe by virtue of her father Michael Kachingwe being from these parts while her mother Aimie is of Nordic ancestry.
We’re pretty excited after our first listen because it is controlled RnB, no gimmicks, just some really good music.
