UPDATED: Main Drawcards Pull Out Of Exodus Party Over Payment

Tehn Diamond, DJ’s Rax, Ray Dzz and Rawse have pulled out of the Exodus : The Ultimate Movement Party which they were scheduled to perform at today.

The rapper who released his latest mixtape this week was supposed to be on of the main drawcards alongside the legendary DJ crew.

Looks like I’m not gonna be performing at Old Georgian’s today, due to unforeseen circumstances. So sorry y’all. But I’ll be on stage again soon. Promise.

From what we hear, the unforeseen circumstances is code for, the organiser TK from the dance crew Hi Definition simply hadn’t paid the artists and all indications pointed towards the fact that he did not have the money.

For an event that had Facebook subscription of almost 1,500 it is a disappointment.

TK’s phone is not available.

UPDATE: Tehn Diamond has confirmed via his Twitter account the issue was indeed to do with payment issues

No payment. Also nobody’s been able to get a hold of the organisers. No professionalism. Can’t do.

A disgrace.

We expect more pull-outs.

People seriously need to be organised. If this event wasnt for fund raising purposes for the Zim Dance Team I wouldnt have gone. But becoz its for a good cause Ima go… So i’ll be at Old Georgians by 8.. Promoters need to be more organised tho..its killing our industry!!
