LISTEN: Jnr Brown and MC Chita’s H.R.E. track still rocks as love language for Harare

The song dropped around a decade ago but it still slaps hard as an an ode to the Zimbabwe’s capital city.

King’s Rendezvous is a classic hip hop album from the iconic Jnr Brown and MC Chita, an album for the heads but ahead of its time for what the game is about.

Iconic in its nature is described the city at the time and the love language is there, outside the classic mentioning of neighbourhoods to advertise much in the old school way.

Love language for hip hop is acknowledgement. When stars say where they come from and what they feel about it, well that’s deep.

The reality is, while neither exclusive nor conclusive, MC Chita and Jnr Brown’s H.R.E, is iconic for its iconic snapshot of Harare which you can listen to below:
