So earlier this year the Chimurenga Music Competition was launched.

Originally supposed to be end submissions on 23 November 2020, it was extended to 30 November 2020.

The Acting ZBC CEO Helliate Rushwaya spoke to #3mobRadio on this being a vanity project which she had always wanted to do and why it was appropriate that they worked with the Institute of African Knowledge as a partner.
