ZTV, which is owned by the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC) has to had to up its game, having lost its 62-year-long monopoly in the country.

This is after six new private operators were licensed, one of whom, 3Ktv is already on air via DStv and DTT.

While ZTV is itself on DStv it has not really pushed that access aggressively, given it also as two stations there.
