Jah Prayzah announces seventh album

Jah Prayzah has announced his seventh (yes seventh) studio album.

It is called Mdara Vachauya and will be out on 12 August 2016. The launch event will be at the Harare International Conference Centre.

The big news as far as we are concerned is that it has a collaboration with Tanzania’s Diamond Platinumz. That should see Jah’s sound touching a different market, which is a good look.

The album will have 10 tracks on it.

We asked his manager Keen Mushapaidze if there would be a DVD with ten videos like Jerusarema and he said no. Jah Prayzah always has a gimmick. We wonder what he has in store with this one.
