The much-anticipated season 12 of the popular reality TV singing search competition is here.
Channel 161 on DStv will debut the new season which kicks off with the Durban auditions. The city has already produced two winners of the competition – Khaya Mthethwa and Vincent Bones.
Judges Randall Abrahams, Somizi Mhlongo, Unathi Msengane and Gareth Cliff are back and Somizi says the Durban auditions stood out for him because of the ‘character in numbers’.
Host Proverb in Twitterview with the producers said of what would make this season different and on the talent:
Our machine is well oiled, the vibe with the judges is on Fleek and the talent surprising.. In more ways than one.
Of course a lot of us will also be keeping an eye on the ever-popular wooden spoon. That is always amazeballs to watch.
