‘Friends: The Reunion’ is coming to DStv this weekend

The much-talked about HBO Max special, Friends: The Reunion will debut on DStv this week.

It will be on M-Net on 30 May 2021, at 20:05hrs. It debuted on HBO Max on Thursday and stayed in the top five trending Twitter topics for over 24 hours.

The reunion sees the actors in the iconic 1990s sitcom, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer return for a real-life unscripted celebration of the award-winning show. They will be at Stage 24 at Warner Brothers with the set recreated.

Friends, which ran for 10 years, had its fair share of top list guest stars. The reunion will have special guest appearances from David Beckham, Justin Bieber, BTS, James Corden, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Lady Gaga, Elliott Gould, Kit Harington, Larry Hankin, Mindy Kaling, Thomas Lennon, Christina Pickles, Tom Selleck, James Michael Tyler, Maggie Wheeler, Reese Witherspoon and Malala Yousafzai.
