Diamond who besides running the media house has a record label that has produced a number of great musicians like Rayvanny, Harmonize ,Queen Darleen and Rich Mavoko who not only have conquered the Tanzania music industry but the continent at large
Close sources to the musician reveal that the media houses were created to promote the Diamond Brand and his Wasafi Classic Baby ( WCB) singers, currently experiencing hostility from giant Tanzania press, Clouds Media which is reported to have put an end in playing Diamond music and also those of his wasafi signees .
However as all regarding the yet to be launched Wasafi Media continue to progress, two of Diamond’s songs won’t be playing in Tanzania. The songs include Hallelujah a song he collaborated with Morgan Heritage and Wakawaka which featured Rick Ross. They were on Friday axed by the Tanzania communication authority alongside some songs from Nikki Mbasha and Nay wa Mitego over indecency in both their lyrics and videos.
