Comedian, filmmaker Anopa Makaka dies

UK-based Comedian and filmmaker Anopa Makaka has died.

Makaka who was 45 passed away in his sleep in Zambia on Monday.

In an interview we had with him published on 3 May 2012, Anopa Makaka stated how he wanted to be remembered:

He was so much fun to be around he made everyone around him smile he was humble. He was funny.

For many who came across him, they will testify to that.

Personalities among them Mike Tashaya, Plot Mhaka and Q Siziba Dube have expressed their sorrow at Makaka’s passing.

Arrangements for his burial are being made.
